  • Yes, tickets can be purchased at the door during show hours. Cash and credit cards accepted.

  • Click here to access our ticketing website and follow the steps below to look up your order.

    1. In the top right corner, click the "Need Help?" button. (On mobile devices: Click the question mark “?” icon at the top of the page.)

    2. Select "I need to print my tickets" and click "Continue"

    3. Enter your order details and click "Submit" to download a PDF copy of your tickets.

    Online tickets can be printed at home or scanned at the entrance from your mobile device.

  • Click here for parking garage information from the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.

    Handicap parking is available in the parking garage.

    There is a drop-off/pick-up area at the main circular drive entrance at 5555 North River Rd. Rosemont, IL 60018.

  • Wheelchairs are available to rent from the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.
