GLEN KOZLOWSKI takes a lesson with Kurt Kollmeyer

Glen Kozlowski was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and played six seasons as a Wide Receiver for the Chicago Bears from 1987 - 1992. Kozlowski is also one of the hosts of the WGN Radio’s Bears post-game show.

Glen will appear with Kurt Kollmeyer, the PGA Director of Instruction and Regional Manager for GolfTEC Chicago. In his role, Kurt oversees 5 suburban locations with 23 PGA Professionals, Apprentices, and GolfTEC Certified Coaches. He is an 11 time nominee for IPGA Teacher of the Year, been named to Golf Digest's Best Teachers list, and won GolfTEC's Regional Manager of the Year award.  He has given over 30,000 lessons in his career and is very passionate about helping players of all levels reach their goals.

PETER LONGO 

Peter Longo is a PGA Life Member and a world class trick shot artist, having performed over 3000 exhibitions across the globe. His amazing and amusing shows are a treat for golfer and non-golfer alike. Peter is also a leading authority on golf for people with disabilities, conducting golf camps for the Wounded Warrior Project and the lead instructor for disabled schools in Spain with Sergio Garcia.

Peter is also a golf historian, humorist and keynote speaker. He can been seen on Sunday evenings on WGN-TV's Instant Replay show.

Tim Raines, considered one of the greatest leadoff men of all time, was selected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame earlier this year. He played for the White Sox from 1991-95 and served as first base coach for the 2005 World Series Championship team.

Raines will appear with noted golf instructor Joe Bosco, author of Real Golf: Taking Your Best Game to the Course. Bosco is a mental performance, short game and putting specialist. He has coached the 2x Illinois State Champions (2011-2012), developed more than 50 NCAA golfers and was named one of the Top Teachers in Illinois by Golf Digest. He has also been nominated to Golf Magazine's Top 100 Teachers.

ILLINOIS JUNIOR GOLF presentation with Brian Bullington

Brian Bullington is an IJGA/MAJGT Alum. He played collegiate golf at the University of Iowa. Brian recently played the PGA Tour Latinoamerica in 2016. He has been a student at TPS for 8 years.

Brendan Sweeney with IPGA pros Brad Syslo and Mike Mandakas

Brendan Sweeney is the Director of Golf Media Relations at French Lick Resort, our 2017 Presenting Sponsor. Year round, Brendan advocates in the golf industry to bring professional tournaments and exposure to French Lick. He played a key role in bringing the 2015 Senior PGA to French Lick and the inaugural Senior LPGA event will be played at The Pete Dye Course in July 2017. A Chicagoland native and Driscoll Catholic alum, Brendan escaped the Chicago winters in the mid 90's, relocating to Orlando, FL.

Appearing with Brendan will be Brad Syslo and Mike Mandakas.

Brad is the Grassroots Program Manager at Wilson Golf. Currently he oversees the experiential, custom fitting, and junior player development programs for Wilson Golf in the United States. He has extensive experience in both fitting & teaching, having worked as Manager & Master Club Fitter for TaylorMade Performance Labs and as Teaching Instructor at the John Jacobs’ & Golf Digest Golf Schools in Arizona.

Mike is the Director of Instruction and Fitness at Elevation Sports in Willowbrook, IL.  He started his golf career working at private country clubs and found his passion for Teaching, Coaching, Fitness Training, and Club Fitting. During his 5 years as the Head Golf Coach at Saint Xavier University Mike had the opportunity to recruit and coach extremely talented collegiate players. He works with Men, Women and Juniors ranging in skill level from Beginner to touring professionals. Mikes biggest passion is developing young golfers and growing the game.

MARK KRIZIC2016 Illinois PGA Special Award winner, Player Development

Mark has worked in the golf industry his entire life, starting as a caddie at age 13 at Olympia Fields. In 2004, he was elected to Membership in the PGA of America as a Class “A” Member. He has been the Director of Golf at Ridge Country Club since 2009. He has made his number one responsibility to ensure the tradition of growing the game. 

Mark's awards include: 2013 PGA Magazine Ambassador of the Year; 2014-2015 US Kids Golf Top 50 Instructor; 2016 US Kids Master Instructor; 2016 Illinois PGA Section Player Development of the Year recipient.
